A deep dive into your current lifestyle consisting of over 500 questions covering all aspects your health that we'll use to devise your personalised lifestyle solution.

Physical Assessment

We’ll thoroughly assess and monitor your health markers, including: Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate, Lung Capacity, Vital Statistics and Body Composition.

Hormonal & Metabolic Analysis

We'll use a cutting edge assessment to  identify the underlying hormonal reasons for why your body maybe storing fat more prolifically in your 'problem areas'.

Health Report

Upon completion of your assessments we’ll give you a copy of your health report with a full interpretation guide, so you can review your own state of health and how much it improves during the programme.

Personalised Nutrition Plan

We'll use your assessment data to create a personalised nutrition plan that’s designed to rapidly transform your body, without you having to spend more than 30 minutes per day preparing food or feeling hungry.

Lifestyle Coaching

Before the 4 weeks of SUPER28 training commences, you will receive an additional seven days of lifestyle coaching to help ease your transition into a more organised and efficient way of living and eating.

Training Sessions

Once your lifestyle is in check and you're already starting to see results, it’s time to start training! Which includes 2 hours of results fuelled group training sessions per week in our beginners group.

Performance Reviews

We’ll monitor your progress and (where necessary) make adjustments to your plan to ensure your results are maximised during the programme. Because what gets measured gets managed!

Unlimited Support

We'll also provide unlimited face to face and email support to keep you on track throughout your transformation programme. So; whenever you need help all you need to do is ask!

BOOTCAMP Birmingham












SUPER28 costs £150 for 4 weeks plus an additional 7 days of lifestyle coaching (5 weeks total).


Training sessions for the next intake will start from the week commencing TBC.


Beginners sessions run on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm and 7:30pm at our Bootcamp Birmingham.


Each session will consist of a variety of resistance training and cardiovascular exercises programmed in a way that keeps you physically challenged and mentally stimulated.

Besides helping you achieve incredible results, we're also going to teach you how to train properly with perfect technique, so when you finish your time with us you'll know exactly what a training session should feel like to maximise results.


When signing up for this SUPER28 you are joining our Beginners group - which EVERYBODY has to start off in. In the rare instance that the Beginners group isn't challenging enough for you, then we'll offer you the opportunity to join our Advanced training group.

Having groups at our Bootcamp Birmingham for various ability levels as well as Personal Training Programmes means we're able to accommodate people of all fitness levels.

Please Note: Participant suitability for SUPER28 is made on a case by case basis and factors in how an individual will affect the group dynamic as well as how the individual will benefit from the programme itself.


The first thing we have to say is that "results vary from person to person" - which ultimately depends on your compliance to the plan.

However; we're confident in saying that if you make the lifestyle changes we recommend, adhere to your personalised nutrition plan and put the work in during the training sessions you can expect to see a significant improvement in your muscle tone, a drop of up to 6% body fat and a reduction in your waist circumference of up to 4".

These kinds of changes in Body Composition equate to a NOTICEABLE difference in your physique - especially when you consider you only have to train strenuously for 2 hours per week!


If your main priority is to build muscle and you're on a limited budget then (although not optimal) this plan could be your best option. Even-though the main focus of SUPER28 is fat loss, the majority of people that approach us about 'building muscle' need to lose some body fat first (think skinny fat!).

SUPER28 will help you will lose fat and build lean muscle simultaneously whilst providing an education on how to train properly, which are all essential components for building a muscular physique.

However; if your primary goal is to add a significant amount of muscle and we don't think that SUPER28 will be suitable for your goals specifically, then we'll try to suggest other alternatives that will be more suitable.


Sessions take place in our boutique training facility at: Shapeshifters, 16 Oak Tree Lane, Selly Oak, Birmingham, B29 6HX.


Simple; RESULTS! We're in the RESULTS business not the gym business! Gym's don't have the portfolio of transformations that we have, which highlights the quality of our Bootcamp Birmingham service, a service that isn't limited to training alone.


After you've successfully completed your initial Bootcamp Birmingham programme we'll offer you the opportunity to join our rolling membership (as long as you're suitable) - which is what most people tend to do. Alternatively; if you decide it's not for you then we'll shake hands and go our separate ways.
