And the reason I know this isn't because i'm a mind reader, it's because 89% of the men who contact us say exactly the same thing.

And i'll tell you the same as I tell them; motivation is only good for getting started...it's determination that keeps you going!

And where does determination come from? Your goals.

Or more accurately; The REAL reason YOU want to be fit, well and healthy with THE physique to match...

Or as I like to call it; 'Your WHY'.

So now you know 'the secret', what is it?..What is 'Your WHY'?

That said; enlisting the help of a qualified fitness professional doesn't automatically guarantee results either, as there's a higher probability you'll employ a Personal Trainer that doesn't have the aptitude to deliver results, as one who does.

Which actually says more about the fitness industry's 'dirty little secret' (low barrier to entry) than it does your judge of character.

So what's the solution? Simple; find a Personal Trainer that has a proven track record in the specific area you want to achieve results in, then after thorough vetting, employ their professional services.
