Well look no further!..
Introducing:
SHAPESHIFTERS FULLY LOADED NACHOS WITH BEEF CHILLI, GUACAMOLE AND SALSA
chilli beef nachos:
150g
175g (chopped)
50g (diced)
2 cloves (minced)
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
½ teaspoon
To taste (Cholula brand)
To taste
To taste
NACHOS AND SIDES:
2 (Genius brand)
50g (Smashed)
50g (Old El Paso brand)
25g (Violife brand)
½ (Juice)
To garnish
Start by heating the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat until hot, then add the the onion and cook (stirring frequently) for 5 minutes (or until the onion is soft, squidgy and slightly translucent).
Next, stir in the minced garlic, paprika, cumin and hot sauce, before leaving it to cook for a further 5 minutes (stirring occasionally).
Then add the minced beef into the pan with the other ingredients, before breaking it up with a spatula (or spoon) and increasing the heat slightly.
Next add the chopped tomatoes, dried marjoram, salt and pepper. Before stirring well and leaving to simmer for 20 minutes.
Whilst you're waiting for the beef chilli to cook, slice the wraps into nachos pieces and bake for 10 minutes until slightly toasted. Then Sprinkle on the cheese and bake for a further 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Next, make up the guacamole, by adding the avocado, salt, pepper, fresh lime juice and chopped coriander in a bowl and mashing together.
Finally, once the cheese has melted on the nachos and the chilli is cooked, serve on a plate with the guacamole and salsa.
