Looking for a protein Chai Latte Recipe that's rich in ayurvedic spices and collagen ?
Well look no further!..
Introducing:
SHAPESHIFTERS HIGH PROTEIN INDIAN TEA
PROTEIN CHAI LATTE RECIPE:
400ml (Koko brand)
35g (Bulk brand)
1 (organic)
3
1 (small piece)
1 teaspoon (chopped)
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
¼ teaspoon
¼ teaspoon
To taste
¼ teaspoon
Add the milk to a saucepan for heating. Then add all of the other ingredients (apart from the collagen protein) listed above.
Heat (on medium heat) for 8 minutes, or until the tea begins to simmer.
When almost ready, stir in the collagen protein slowly before pouring the tea into a mug through a sieve, to filter out the solid ingredients.
If you have a milk frother to hand, then froth your chai latte until it achieves your desired level of frothiness.
Then wait for it to cool sufficiently and taste to see if it's sweet enough (if not add more Stevia) then sit back and enjoy your Indian Tea.
