Looking for a high protein, peanut butter banana smoothie recipe to start your day in the right way?
Well look no further!..
Introducing:
SHAKE SHIFTERS CHUNKY MONKEY SUPER SMOOTHIE
PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE:
250ml (Koko brand)
250ml (Chilled and filtered)
80g (Frozen)
10g (Whole Earth brand)
10g
5g
A pinch
To preference
Start by adding the coconut milk, peanut butter, water and 5ml of Shapeshifters Essential Oils+ to a blender.
Then add 80g of Banoffee Shake Shifters to the blender with a pinch of Himalayan salt, cacao nibs and walnuts.
Finally, add the frozen banana and ice to the blender.
Blend for up to 2 minutes dependant on desired texture (the longer you blend; the thicker and smoother it gets).
Then serve and drink.
