Introducing:
SHAKE SHIFTERS CHOC-BERRIES PROTEIN SUPER SMOOTHIE
CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE:
250ml (Koko brand, unsweetened)
250ml (Chilled and filtered)
135g (Frozen)
100g (Cooked)
A pinch
To preference
Next, add the frozen raspberries and chilled cooked beetroot to the blender. (If your blender tends to heat up your smoothies, then add a handful of ice to keep the mixture cool).
Then finally, blend for up to 2 minutes dependant on desired texture (the longer you blend; the thicker and smoother it gets).
Then poor into a shaker and drink on your way to work.
