Introducing:
SHAKE SHIFTERS MINT-CHOC PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
MINT CHOCOLATE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE:
5ml (NOW Foods brand)
250ml (Koko brand, unsweetened)
250ml (Chilled and filtered)
100g (Frozen)
A pinch
To preference
Start by adding the Coconut Milk, water, 5ml of NOW Foods Liquid Chlorophyll and 25ml of Shapeshifters Essential Oils+ to a blender.
Next, add the frozen strawberries to the blender. (If your blender tends to heat up your smoothies, then add a handful of ice to keep the mixture cool).
Then finally, blend for up to 2 minutes dependant on desired texture (the longer you blend; the thicker and smoother it gets).
Then poor into a shaker and drink on your way to work.
