SHAPESHIFTERS 'AFTER EIGHT' DOUBLE CHOCOLATE MINT, PROTEIN SUPER SMOOTHIE

ingredients (to serve 1)

HOMEMADE PROTEIN SHAKE:

Chocolate mint protein powder

40g (Bulk brand Vegan Protein Powder)

cold Milled organic flaxseed

10g (Linwoods brand)

20ml (Udo's Choice brand)

coconut milk

200ml (Koko brand, unsweetened)

water

200-300ml (Chilled and filtered)

strawberries

200g (Frozen)

ice cubes (optional)

To preference

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the Coconut Milk, water and 20ml of Shapeshifters Essential Oils+ to a blender.

Add 10g of Linwoods Cold Milled Flaxseed, 18g of PRP Mint Choc Greens powder and 40g of Chocolate Mint Vegan Protein powder (Bulk brand) to the blender.

Add the frozen strawberries to the blender. (If your blender tends to heat up your smoothies, then add a handful of ice to keep the mixture cool).

Blend for up to 3 minutes dependant on desired texture (the longer you blend; the thicker and smoother it gets).

Then poor into a shaker and drink on your way to work.
