Introducing:
SHAPESHIFTERS SPICY SESAME WINGS WITH HOMEMADE SLAW, RICE AND PEAS
BAKED CHICKEN WINGS RECIPE:
150g

HOMEMADE COLESLAW:
50g (shredded)
50g (grated)
½ (chopped)
1 teaspoon

RICE AND PEAS:
50g (uncooked weight)
25g (frozen)
50g (finely sliced)
½ teaspoon
To taste
Start by adding the chicken wings to a big bowl, followed by all the ingredients for the chicken wings and mix together well. Then leave to marinade for 1-24 hours (depending on how flavourful you want the wings to be).
When you're ready to cook the wings, preheat an oven to 150 degrees before adding the wings to a baking tray (pouring any remaining marinade onto the wings) and baking for 20-25 minutes.
Whilst the wings are cooking , add add all of the ingredients for the coleslaw into a bowl and mix together well.
Next, wash the rice under cold water until the water runs clear, before adding the rice to a saucepan and covering with enough water. Then add the red onion, salt, cumin seeds and frozen peas to the saucepan, before mixing together thoroughly and boiling for 15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
