SHAKE SHIFTERS CHOCOLATE, BLACK CHERRY & PEANUT BUTTER SUPER SMOOTHIE
PROTEIN SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
250ml (Koko brand, unsweetened)
250ml (Chilled and filtered)
150g (Frozen)
12g (Palm oil free)
To preference
Start by adding the Shapeshifters Essential Oils+, Coconut Milk and water to a blender (If your blender tends to heat up your smoothies, then add a handful of ice to keep the mixture cool).
Next, add the frozen cherries and peanut butter to the blender.
Then finally, blend for up to 2 minutes dependant on desired texture (the longer you blend; the thicker and smoother it gets).
Then poor into a shaker and drink on your way to work.
