SHAPESHIFTERS DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN MUFFIN WITH RASPBERRIES
chocolate PROTEIN MUFFIN RECIPE:

To taste
Start by preheating your oven to 170 degrees, brushing a muffin tin lightly with melted coconut oil.
Next, whisk the egg, egg whites and coconut milk together thoroughly.
Then slowly add in the flour and Chocolate Shake Shifters, mixing carefully. Try to maintain a 'batter-like' consistency, adding water should the mixture start to dry out.
Next, mix in the salt and Stevia, maintaining the 'batter-like' consistency, before finally mixing in the chocolate chips and raspberries.
Next, evenly spread the mixture across the oiled tray (filling each muffin compartment by two thirds) before adding the tray to the oven. Then bake the muffins for 20 minutes.
Next, remove the Muffins from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
