Introducing:

PROTEIN french toast:
15g (Bulk brand)
2 slices (Genius brand)

Start by, adding adding the eggs, milk, collagen protein and cinnamon to a bowl and whisk.
Next, heat a non-stick pan before adding a teaspoon of coconut oil. Once the oil is melted and has covered the pan base, dip the bread into the egg mix (coating as evenly as possible) before placing it into the hot, oiled pan.
Once both slices of bread are added, pour the remaining egg mix on top of the bread. Use a spatula to scoop the egg mix that falls around the bread, back to the top. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Once cooked, serve your French toast topped with almond butter, coconut yoghurt and blueberries to finish.
