Introducing:
SHAPESHIFTERS CREAMY CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM WITH SPINACH AND GLUTEN FREE SPAGHETTI
CREAMY CHICKEN AND MUSHROOM:
175g (diced)
60g (Free From brand)
100g (sliced)

75ml (Oatly brand)
½ (zest and juice)
½ (crushed)
2 teaspoons
1 sprig (shredded)
1 teaspoon

To taste
Start by frying the diced chicken in a preheated pan with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Once cooked, remove the chicken and fry the crushed garlic in the residual fat for one minute.
Then add the mushrooms to the pan and stir fry. Once the mushrooms are almost cooked add in the spinach.
When the mushrooms and spinach are cooked, add the chicken back in along with the lemon juice and zest, sage, salt and pepper. Mixing together thoroughly.
Next, cook the spaghetti according to the pack instructions. Then drain (reserving about 40ml pasta water) tossing with a teaspoon of olive oil to keep the spaghetti from sticking.
Next, add the oat cream to the pasta water and mix together. Then add the cream into the chicken and vegetables and mix until creamy.
Finally, add in the drained spaghetti and mix together once more.
Then serve and enjoy.
