Introducing:
SHAPESHIFTERS BEEF BOLOGNESE SUB WITH MUSHROOMS
healthy sloppy joe recipe:
150g
120ml (Napolina brand)
2 (Bfree brand)
100g (diced)
50g (diced)

Start by heating the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat until hot, then add the the onion and cook (stirring frequently) for 5 minutes (or until the onion is soft, squidgy and slightly translucent).
Next, add the minced beef into the pan , before breaking it up with a spatula (or spoon) and increasing the heat slightly.
Next, add in the Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, dried herbs, mushrooms, salt and pepper, before stirring well.
Then add the tomato passata, and stir again before leaving to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile, lightly toast the Tiger rolls according to the pack instructions just before the Bolognese finishes cooking.
Finally, when both the Bolognese are Tiger rolls are ready, add your lettuce to the rolls before adding the Bolognese.
Serve and enjoy!
