Healthy Lemonade Recipe

Looking for a Healthy Lemonade recipe, with all the taste but none of the calories?

Well look no further!..

Introducing:

SHAPESHIFTERS ICE COLD, HOMEMADE SPARKLING LEMON & LIME WITH A HINT OF MINT

ingredients (to serve 1)

HOMEMADE LEMONADE:

sparking water

500ml (Ideally Perrier or Pellegrino)

ice cubes

6-7 large

lemon JUICE

½ a lemon

lime

2 slices

lemon

2 slices

stevia (sweetener)

To taste

salt

¼ teaspoon

fresh mint

2-3 small leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Start by adding the ice to a tall glass.

Next, fill the glass ¾ of the way with sparkling water.

Then squeeze the ½ lemon into the glass by hand (or use a lemon squeezer if you have one).

Next, add the lemon/lime slices.

Then add in the salt, stevia and stir.

Finally, add the mint leaves then give it a final stir.

Then sit back and enjoy this highly refreshing, sugar free fizzy drink.
