Introducing:

SHAPESHIFTERS PERFECTLY CHILLED, PEACH INFUSED ICED TEA

ingredients (to serve 1)

HOMEMADE PEACH ICED TEA RECIPE:

WATER (BOILED)

500ml

WATER (CHILLED)

350ml

peach

2 (pitted and chopped)

TEA BAGS (DECAFFEINATED)

2

ice

150g

Himalayan Salt

½ teaspoon

stevia (sweetener)

To taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the water, peaches and stevia in a pan and bring to the boil, then simmer for approximately 15 minutes (until the skin starts to come off the peaches).

Meanwhile, add the tea bags to the boiling water and leave to steep for 10 minutes. Then remove the tea bags and allow to cool.

Put a fine sieve over a bowl, and pour the peach mixture into the bowl.

Using a wooden spoon, mash the peaches (in the sieve) down in to a pulp, to extract as much juice as possible. Leaving you with a delicious peach infused water in the bowl.

Then, pour the cooled tea into a jug and place in the fridge to chill. Once chilled, add the peach water and plenty of ice while mixing well.

Then serve, sit back and enjoy.

So there you have it! A highly refreshing, Homemade Iced Peach Tea Recipe made with no added sugar, I hope you find it as refreshing as I do!
