Homemade Iced Latte

Well look no further!..

Introducing:

SHAPESHIFTERS DAIRY FREE, DECAFFEINATED ICED LATTE

ingredients (to serve 1)

HOMEMADE ICED LATTE RECIPE:

COCONUT MILK (UNSWEETENED)

300ml (Koko brand)

decaffeinated coffee (freshly brewed)

100ml

ice

200g

stevia (sweetener)

To taste

cinnamon (ceylon)

To taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Brew a shot of ground decaffeinated coffee using your chosen brewing method.

Add your coconut milk to a blender with the some ice.

Once the coffee is brewed, add the coffee to the blender with the coconut milk mix and some stevia.

Blend until all the contents are well mixed and the coffee has frothed up (approximately 30 seconds).

Add the remaining ice to a glass, then poor in the iced coffee mix.

Sprinkle some Ceylon cinnamon onto the top of the drink.

Then sit back and enjoy your iced latte.
