Introducing:
SHAPESHIFTERS HIGH PROTEIN GOLDEN MILK
PROTEIN TURMERIC LATTE RECIPE:
400ml (Koko brand)
35g (Bulk brand)
2 thumb sized portions
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
¼ teaspoon
To taste
1 crack
Add the milk to a saucepan for heating.
Add the fennel seeds, cinnamon, macadamia nut oil and ginger to the milk and stir until the milk starts simmering.
Stir in the turmeric, collagen protein and black pepper once the milk has heated, then sieve off into a cup and sweeten with Stevia.
If you have a milk frother to hand, then froth your turmeric latte until it achieves your desired level of frothiness.
Then sit back and enjoy your golden milk.
