HOMEMADE MASALA FRIES RECIPE:
200g (sliced and parboiled until soft)
20g (sliced)
1 tablespoon (Heinz brand)
2 teaspoons
1 clove
1 bunch
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
1 teaspoon
To taste
Start by seasoning the sliced white potato fries with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, salt and pepper, before oven baking for 20-25 minutes until soft (use an air fryer for better results).
Meanwhile, heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a pan before adding in the onions and garlic to be fried until golden brown.
Next, stir in the tomato puree, before adding in the turmeric powder, garam masala, paprika, black pepper and salt.
Once the fries are ready, stir them carefully into the sauce, along with the tomato ketchup and coriander leaves.
Then serve with your main course and enjoy!
