MASALA FISH IN NAAN:
200g (patted dry)
1 (Sainsburys Free From brand)
150g
50g
3 teaspoons
2 teaspoons
1 teaspoon
½ teaspoon
Start by adding the cod to a bowl with the masala ingredients and mix well, before leaving to marinate for 1-24 hours (depending on the level of flavour you require).
When the cod has finished marinating, let it sit at room temperature for 1 hour before cooking. Then add the fish to a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 190 degrees to bake for 15-20 minutes.
While the fish is baking, sautee the spinach by frying it in a pan with 2 teaspoons of olive oil, salt and pepper. Then place to one side until your fish and naan are ready to serve.
5 minutes before the fish finishes baking, sprinkle the garlic and coriander naan with water before adding it to the oven for 4-5 minutes (turning once).
Once the fish and naan are ready, place your naan on a warmed plate. Then add the masala cod, the coconut yoghurt and finally your sauteed baby leaf spinach.
Then serve and enjoy.
So there you have it! A tasty, Masala Fish in Naan Recipe complete with coconut yoghurt and baby leaf spinach, that's perfect for lunch or dinner, I hope you find it as tasty as I did!
