Introducing:
SHAPESHIFTERS EXTRA LARGE, PRAWN PASTA SALAD WITH CASHEW NUTS & DRESSING
PRAWN PASTA SALAD:

100g (cooked and diced)
75g (grated)
50g (sliced)
50g (sliced)
1 tablespoon
PRAWN PASTA SALAD DRESSING:
2 tablespoons
1 dessert spoon
½ (freshly squeezed)
1 teaspoon
To taste
To Taste
Add the pasta to some boiling salted water and cook until soft.
Slice the beetroot and onion. Then chop the parsley, cucumber and tomato, as well as grating the carrot.
Prepare the salad by adding the bistro mix and watercress to a large bowl.
Then add in the beetroot, onion, parsley, tomato and carrot to your salad. Followed by the drained pasta and cooked prawns.
Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl and drizzle over the salad once ready
Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly (using a large wooden spoon and fork).
Then finally, top off the salad with the crushed cashew nuts.
Then sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labour.
