Introducing:

SHAPESHIFTERS CRAYFISH PITTA PIZZA'S

ingredients (to serve 1)

PITTA PIZZA TOPPINGS:

CRAYFISH

200g

SUNDRIED TOMATOES

3 (sliced)

green olives

5 (sliced)

mushrooms

2 (sliced)

onion

40g (sliced)

PITTA PIZZA SAUCE:

TOMATO PASSATA

3 tablespoons

GARLIC POWDER

1 teaspoon

dried parsley

1 teaspoon

dried basil

1 teaspoon

Himalayan salt

To taste

pepper

To Taste

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

pitta bread (gluten free)

2 small (Bfree brand)

grated cheese (dairy free)

40g (Violife brand)

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the pizza sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.

Cover the pitta bread bases with a layer of your prepared sauce.

Add some of the cheese to the pitta and then add your toppings. Then top off with some more cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Then place the pitta pizzas on a baking sheet, on a baking tray in an oven pre-heated to 160 degrees. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese has melted.

Then serve and enjoy!
