SHAKE SHIFTERS BANOFFEE PROTEIN SUPER SMOOTHIE
BANOFFEE PROTEIN SHAKE:
250ml (Alpro brand)
250ml (Chilled and filtered)
80g (Frozen)
50g (Coconut Collab brand)
10g (Meridian brand)
To taste (MyProtein brand)
A pinch
To preference
Start by adding the almond milk, coconut yoghurt, almond butter, flavour drops, water and 10ml of Shapeshifters Essential Oils+ to a blender.
Finally, add the frozen banana and ice to the blender.
Blend for up to 2 minutes dependant on desired texture (the longer you blend; the thicker and smoother it gets).
Then serve and drink.
