SHAKE SHIFTERS BUTTERSCOTCH PROTEIN SUPER SMOOTHIE

ingredients (to serve 1)

BUTTERSCOTCH PROTEIN SMOOTHIE:

80g (Shapeshifters brand Meal Replacement Powder)

10ml (Shapeshifters brand)

coconut milk (unsweetened)

250ml (Koko brand)

water

250ml (Chilled and filtered)

banana

80g (Frozen)

coconut yoghurt (plain)

75g (Koko brand)

PEANUT butter (sQUEEZEY)

10g (Whole Earth brand Drizzler)

butterscotch syrup (sugar free)

15ml (Bulk brand)

HIMALAYAN SALT

A pinch

ice cubes

To preference

INSTRUCTIONS

Start by adding the coconut milk, coconut yoghurt, peanut butter, syrup, water and 10ml of Shapeshifters Essential Oils+ to a blender.

Then add 80g of Banoffee Shake Shifters to the blender with a pinch of Himalayan salt.

Finally, add the frozen banana and ice to the blender.

Blend for up to 2 minutes dependant on desired texture (the longer you blend; the thicker and smoother it gets).

Then serve and drink.
