Looking for a homemade Pina Colada Protein Smoothie recipe to start your day in the right way?
Well look no further!..
Introducing:
SHAKE SHIFTERS VIRGIN ICED BANOFFEE COLADA SMOOTHIE
PINA COLADA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE:
250ml (Koko brand)
250ml (Chilled and filtered)
100g (Frozen)
30g (Koko brand Greek style)
5g
2 (seeds only)
A pinch
To preference
Start by adding the coconut milk and yoghurt, water and 20ml of Shapeshifters Essential Oils+ to a blender.
Then add 78g of Banoffee Shake Shifters to the blender with a pinch of Himalayan salt and the cardamom pod seeds.
Finally, add the frozen pineapple and ice to the blender.
Blend for up to 2 minutes dependant on desired texture (the longer you blend; the thicker and smoother it gets).
Then poor into a glass and top with desiccated coconut to garnish, serve and drink.
