Introducing:

SHAKE SHIFTERS CHOC-NOFFEE PROTEIN SUPER SMOOTHIE

ingredients (to serve 1)

CHOCOLATE BANANA TOFFEE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE:

41g (Shapeshifters brand Meal Replacement Powder)

41g (Shapeshifters brand Meal Replacement Powder)

20ml (Shapeshifters brand)

HAZELNUT milk

175ml (Plenish brand)

water

325ml (Chilled and filtered)

strawberries

100g (Frozen)

banana

50g (Frozen)

HIMALAYAN SALT

A pinch

ice cubes (optional)

To preference

INSTRUCTIONS

Start by adding the hazelnut milk, water and 20ml of Shapeshifters Essential Oils+ to a blender.

Then add 41g of Chocolate Shake Shifters and Banoffee Shake Shifters to the blender with a pinch of Himalayan salt.

Next, add the frozen strawberries and banana to the blender. (If your blender tends to heat up your smoothies, then add a handful of ice to keep the mixture cool).

Then finally, blend for up to 2 minutes dependant on desired texture (the longer you blend; the thicker and smoother it gets).

Then poor into a shaker and drink on your way to work.
