Introducing:

SHAKE SHIFTERS TANGY BERRY PROTEIN SUPER SMOOTHIE

ingredients (to serve 1)

STRAWBERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE:

82g (Shapeshifters brand Meal Replacement Powder)

20ml (Shapeshifters brand)

almond milk (unsweetened)

250ml (Alpro brand)

water

250ml (Chilled and filtered)

CRANBERRIES

80g (Frozen)

dark ChERRIES (tart)

75g (Frozen)

strawberries

75g (Frozen)

LIME (optional)

½ (Fresh juice)

HIMALAYAN SALT

A pinch

ice cubes (optional)

To preference

INSTRUCTIONS

Start by adding the almond milk, Shapeshifters Essential Oils+ water and the juice of ½ a freshly squeezed lime in to a blender.

Then add 82g of Strawberry Shake Shifters powder and a pinch of Himalayan salt to the blender.

Next, add the frozen cherries, strawberries and cranberries to the blender. (If your blender tends to heat up your smoothies, then add a handful of ice to keep the mixture cool).

Then blend for up to 2 minutes dependant on desired texture (the longer you blend; the thicker and smoother it gets).

Then poor into a shaker and drink on your way to work.
