SHAKE SHIFTERS STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE PROTEIN SUPER SMOOTHIE

ingredients (to serve 1)

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE PROTEIN SHAKE:

78g (Shapeshifters brand Meal Replacement Powder)

CASHEW NUT BUTTER

15g (Meridian brand)

10ml (Shapeshifters brand)

coconut milk

250ml (Koko brand, unsweetened)

water

250ml (Chilled and filtered)

strawberry

100g (Frozen)

coconut yoghurt (vanilla)

50g (Coconut Collab brand)

HIMALAYAN SALT

A pinch

ice cubes (optional)

To preference

INSTRUCTIONS

Start by adding the coconut milk, Shapeshifters Essential Oils+, coconut yoghurt, cashew nut butter and water in to a blender.

Then add 78g of Strawberry Shake Shifters powder and a pinch of Himalayan salt to the blender.

Next, add the frozen strawberries to the blender. (If your blender tends to heat up your smoothies, then add a handful of ice to keep the mixture cool).

Then blend for up to 2 minutes dependant on desired texture (the longer you blend; the thicker and smoother it gets).

Then poor into a shaker and drink on your way to work.
