Looking for a Strawberry and Raspberry Protein Smoothie recipe to start your day in the right way?

Introducing:
SHAKE SHIFTERS RED-BERRY PROTEIN SUPER SMOOTHIE
STRAWBERRY AND RASPBERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE:
250ml (Alpro brand, unsweetened)
250ml (Chilled and filtered)
100g (Frozen)
100g (Frozen)

½ (Fresh juice)
A pinch
To preference
Start by adding the almond milk, Shapeshifters Essential Oils+ water and the juice of ½ a freshly squeezed lime in to a blender.
Then add 82g of Strawberry Shake Shifters powder, mint leaves and a pinch of Himalayan salt to the blender.
Next, add the frozen strawberries and raspberries to the blender. (If your blender tends to heat up your smoothies, then add a handful of ice to keep the mixture cool).
Then blend for up to 2 minutes dependant on desired texture (the longer you blend; the thicker and smoother it gets).
Then poor into a shaker and drink on your way to work.
