Looking for a quick and easy protein ice cream recipe to keep your sweet tooth in check?
Well look no further!..
Introducing:
SHAKE SHIFTERS HIGH PROTEIN, CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM WITH STRAWBERRIES AND CHOCOLATE SAUCE
Protein ICE CREAM:
250ml (Koko brand)
200g (Koko brand)
65g (frozen)
40g (sliced)
10g (Whole Earth brand)
10g (Green & Blacks brand)
5ml (Sweet Freedom brand)
To taste (Myprotein brand)
Start by adding the Chocolate Shake Shifters powder, frozen banana, cocoa powder, coconut milk, yoghurt and flavour drops to a blender, then mix until thick and smooth. Next, taste the mixture to make sure you're happy with the flavour (if not add more flavour drops and blend again for 10 seconds).
Once you're happy with the flavour, pour the contents of the blender into a freezer safe container. Then add 10g of squeezable peanut butter, before stirring it into the mix.
Then seal the container and freeze for 4 hours.
Once ready, serve the protein ice cream with sliced strawberries and liquid chocolate.
BTW; this recipe can be used to make Strawberry and Banoffee Shake Shifters protein ice cream as well!
