I think it's fair to say that most of us are under stress (and especially right now during lockdown).

Whether it's:

making ends meet

meeting deadlines

living up to expectations

Or even navigating empty toilet roll shelves during a pandemic...

AND ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO DROP SOME FAT FROM YOUR MIDSECTION...BUT THAT'S A POST FOR ANOTHER DAY!
